The results below are achieved by making a small cut below the chin and creating a small flap which is folded upon itself and gives better projection of the chin whilst removing the 'hanging' part of the chin. It takes about two weeks for the swelling to settle.
Apart from the operation for the chin deformity, this lady also had a facelift done at the same time.
